The experience was life changing. I went into the session not really knowing what to expect. It really made me see how I dealt with life circumstances and made me ask myself if I wanted to continue on the same path. The time they took with me showed their professionalism and the subsequent "debrief" was worth every minute. The observations Ms. Parent made were exactly in line with my personal feelings and it reassured me that I could change habits that I had formed so long ago. I was so impressed with how well she listened and how she reiterated what I was saying. I had never heard of this therapy before and I hope more people get to benefit from this great team of experts who take time to really listen and HEAR what you are trying to say. Thank you for the time and patience - and for not laughing when I had no clue of what to do with a horse!

I was reluctant to have anything to do with horses - Equine Assisted Psychotherapy and teambuilding sounded too weird to me. However, it was amazing. Our group was able to work through some issues. Doing the activities "hands on", in the presence and with horses - what an experience! Thumbs up for the Minds-n-Motion team. They really do put minds in motion!!
