I made the terrible mistake of joining this dump. I would say at least 75% of the machines in the cardio room do not even work. The machines are old, and the conditions of the workout facilities and bathrooms are disgusting. There are never any paper towels in the dispensers to wipe the machines down, nor is there any spray in the one broken spray bottle available. I would clean the machines before and after using them. The staff sit at the front desk chit chatting when they could be up cleaning this filthy place. And they are useless when it comes to obytaining any information regarding your membership. I was afraid to utilize the ladies room for anything, and I sure was not going near the pool (which seemed to be closed for unknown - probably uncleanliness - reasons all the time anyway). The management is HORRIBLE and RUDE! I tried to cancel my membership numerous times, but they continued to charge my card. I honestly do not know how this place stays in business. It is run like a zoo, by a bunch of animals themselves. I hope the Health Department closes it down. I would give this place zero stars if it were possible in this review. Stay away from this place!!

My child was afraid of the water but with the help of all the wonderful staff and instructors she is swimming like a fish!

Everything that is said in online reviews about this place is very true. i was tempted to take a membership there, but the sanitary conditions of the men's locker room, bathroom and showers was appauling. They looked like they had not been cleaned all summer-gross! the plastic furniture in the shower area is filthy too. the brown stain on the carpet in the locker room area gives one the impression that someone 'lost their lunch' right there.

when i brought these conditions to the attention of THE OWNER, KAREN, she told me flat out, that perhaps Millbrook Training Center was not a 'good fit' for me. although she did say that she had not been in the men's locker rooms in "a long time". WHAT ?????

My suggestion is that everyone, except the NYS Dept of Health, avoid this place at all costs.
