Mill Pond

All the family wanted is for grandma to be comfortable and well cared for in her last years of life. \n\nMill Pond way over priced. she has recievede horrible care at mill pond. its like they have a revolving door, constant staff turnover and having to deal with new staff who has no clue what is going on and very poorly trained. mill pond many times has not been very clean borderline disgusting. mill ponds managent staff has been extremely rude at times and does not deal with issues appropriately. i would not reccomend mill pond to anyone.

Her hygiene has not been maintained. her room at mill pond constantly smells like urine and dead cats from her roomate. she tells me how horrible the food is everytime i visit. she has lost alot of weight since moving in not illness related. issues at millpond are about impossible to deal with and would never reccomend or wish this place on anyone. i feel very bad for my grandma and wish i could get her out of there and to somewhere cleaner and where she recieves proper care.
