Norm knows my Dad and my whole family has been going there for as long as they've been open, 25 yrs at least. He always explains everything to you in a way that you can understand, and you start to get to really know your car when you have someone like that patiently showing you what they are doing and why, without you even asking. He always takes peoples budget into consideration, not just me. I have seen it multiple times, he helps people everyday. This repair shop is the place to go when you need to get your car fixed right.

I was really impressed with Norm, the owner. His knowledge of classic cars and just cars in general is unbelievable. The work he did for me was great, and he found all the rare parts I was looking for.
