I ordered 8GB ram but I got it with 1GB and being charged for 8GB, I called Leo the owner but he lied all the time and refused to give my money back. can somebody help?

Micro Magic PC customer service is excellent. Their prices are very good also but the customer service is what keeps me returning to them. I ordered parts from them multiple times for my current computer build project. All parts arrived on schedule, proper item (as described), and met all my expectations. When I shop online, peace of mind is important. Micro Magic PC gives me that hassle free experience. Micro Magic PC is not perfect but they strive for customer satisfaction. This was apparent when I had a rebate problem and Micro Magic PC took care of it
