Good Suggestions
I liked the people who helped me select window treatments and once installed their recommendations worked well. It may be that as a first time customer I was more impatient than most people, but it did seem that everything after selection took a great deal of time before things were in place but customer service was good about keeping me informed.
By Lynne D at Customer Lob July 10, 2014 at 01:17 PMI really liked Suzanne that I had worked with in the store, yet another consultant, Nazarena was assigned to come to my home. That was frustrating as I had established a rapport with Suzanne.
Nazarena indicated that she'd look for fabric for a window treatment in April. Small job, I know. Additionally, I sent her two emails (one today) asking if she'd had any luck. Am still awaiting a response, however, it makes me want to work with someone else as I feel my small business isn't enough to warrant attention. I understand that, but little jobs can turn into big ones and net other client referrals.
The installer, Chris, was thorough and neat. I do wish he had consulted with me on how high to hang blinds and cornice. I didn't think to ask, as I was working, although home. I suggest that he confirm with the client where he intends to install before doing so.
The cornice was well done, although quite expensive.
High quality, but waited 5 months for completed job.
The quality of the blinds and recovering of my dining room chairs were excellent. The sales people were knowledgeable and helpful, BUT, I waited 5 months from my order date for the work to be completed. No one contacted me to let me know about the delay. If I didn't keep calling and pushing for answers, I don't know how long I would have waited.
