Do not sign the contract!!!
If "no star" was an option - this company would get the rating of a 0. I have never employed such a group of pompous men in my tenure. They think you work for them. They are non-responsive, arrogant and have no customer service skills. My property is suffering for leases and my first impression is Metroplex Greenhaven. They will never see more business from this Property Management company.
