DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DENNY MILLER

I'm 16 of 'Creditors' sued James Royce Invest/MHS dating to '07 default payments.
Contacted attorney, he didn't realize defaulted on April/May-again).
Lawsuit judge stated on default I'd be paid 'lump' sum(s) due. Attorney pursued defaulted payment(s), received 16 page document 'Notice of default and elections to sell' TRUST DEED from James Royce Investments, LLC to Robert Franklin as Successor Trustee. Filed/recorded with Multnomah county on 5/15/12.
States a property owned by James Royce Investments has gone into foreclosure-will be auctioned off on 10/10/12 to pay 'creditors'. Looked up property-condo, late payments, back taxes-dating back to '07
Will be auctioned. Trustee suppose to pay 'creditors', as we have lien on it (and guessing other properties that go to foreclosures). Total of what owed to 'creditors' is aprox $254,256.82. Back taxes $17,268.66. Not sure how all get paid! Assessment History 2011 Real Market $231,490 Assessed $229,760
Trustee's Notice of Sale-3626048496TO
