Merry Maids

I DO NOT recommend Merry Maids in Bellevue to anyone looking for good cleaning service. I paid over $400 to have my entire house cleaned prior to putting it on the market and expected Merry Maids to handle the job. Since it was a one-time cleaning, there was no cancellation or rescheduling allowed, which I did not like. When I called to confirm my appointment, I found out that they charge extra for cleaning windows. $5.00 per window?!?!?! What cleaning service doesn't do windows? When I came back from 2 days out of town, looking forward to a happily clean house, I found: \t\n\t\n#1 they did not lock my front door when they left\t\n#2 they did not clean many areas that were free from clutter and were easily within reach (i.e. ranch hood, windowsills, etc.)\t\n#3 The few specific requests I had for cleaning (the window frames on all windows, extra cleaning on vinyl floor) were only half done and were not acceptably clean\t\n#4 not all soap residue was cleaned from bathtub and bath fixtures\t\n\t\n... I could go on. Basically they did half the job, leaving me to finish for them. $426.00 later I am not a satisfied customer and do not recommend them to anyway.
