Merry Maids of South Denver

I have some water stains on my shower glass. When the owner Jeff came to my home for estimate, he promised that they can remove it after a couple of visits. The first visit went relatively well, the team was able to remove some of stains and promise that they can remove all next time. Then later, when the second team came back for a second cleaning, I only asked the lady to clean my two bathrooms upstairs excluding 4 bedrooms. 75 minutes later, I notice that lady almost did nothing. She did not even apply any chemicals. I called Jeff, and he agreed to send another team for revisit and promise again that they will remove the stain. I had to take some time off to accommodate that. To my great disappointment, that team came and only spent 15 minutes and told me that was the best they can do. When I contacted Jeff again, I started to realize that their strategy was "they will promise that they can do it next time". It is always about "next time". Well, fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. I will never use their service again. That is a total waste of my time and money.
