A representative has been to my fathers house many times numerous times over the last few weeks trying to entice him to sign over his land in some kind of back door lease with very few actual promises. When I asked to have a copy of the agreement to have reviewed by a lawyer to look it over he became very nervous and refused to review the document. When I tried to research them I found little to nothing about them. I am going to look into them further, until then, I would advise against doing business with them, very suspicious.
