My husband was in rehab here for 2 weeks. The doctor and medical staff were friendly and very helpful. They went beyond the call of duty to make his rehab a positive experience. I only had one person who was not friendly, but that was not a problem. I quickly found that if I was friendly, they were friendly also. When called, the staff acted promptly and efficiently. My husband's rehab staff was awesome and helped him tremendously to adapt for being at home. Thanks, Mercy Medical!!

My parent was in for rehab and fell out of bed first night. He was a fall risk from the very beginning. He was also left on the toilet many times, with staff ignoring the call button. He peed in his bed due to length of time it took to respond to his calls.
One patient got an egg, the other got the spoonful of grits for breakfast. Food was cold, unappealing, and inadequate. Handwritten medication list that was sent home with him had 5 errors on it. Desk people and sometimes even the aides were frequently smart alecks and rude to patients and family..
Is that enough to dislike immensely?
