Almost a year ago we closed in on our newly built home in Leander,Tx..except for minor structural defects,the staff w/ Mercedes homes were very helpful...I am living and enjoying my new 'dream home'...Mercedes homes Rock..

Great! experience with this builder. The entire process till closing went very smoothly. Bought house in Crystal Falls, Leander, TX in 2009

Mercedes Homes
Terrible customer service! Lots of unfinished or improperly done work! Mercedes will not work with you! Mercedes will charge you for the things you already paid for! Very slow with paperwork and can't even keep your name straight! Just closed on a Mercedes custom built home and what a nightmare that was and still is as many things don't function properly!
I strongly recommend AVOIDING Mercedes homes at all costs!!!!
