Pharmacy Customer Service going down hill
Recently had surgery, dropped prescription off, pharmacist said it would be 90 minutes. This was early afternoon time with no other customers around waiting. Then MD called in another prescription & pharmacist had no idea one had been called in. Just think that it is ridiculous to have to wait almost two hours for pain medication after a surgery. Other pharmacies (ie, Walgreens, Walmart, Kroger) usually make these a priority. Will definitely take my business elsewhere. It is worth the further drive.
