The worst scheduling experience!

This company is terrible. The people are rude, especially Deidre. I have a son who has required a number of imaging studies and this is the number I was given to schedule the procedures. Every time I call they are rude, incompetent, fail to follow up with scheduled procedures and specifics regarding necessary preparations. I'm a physician specializing in nuclear radiology who has extensive experience with scheduling procedures so likely have a higher expectation. However, if an imaging study is scheduled there should be follow through and confirmation. Don't hire this company.

My doctor had this company to schedule a test for me. They did not attempt to schedule the appointment until I followed up. They received 4-5 insurance approvals and did not notice the test was STAT so I ended up waiting until Friday06/15/15. I spoke to an Andrea which stated the information was faxed to insurance company for approval. When I spoke to the Insurance they had not received anything from Medix. Andrea said she would check Friday afternoon but it would most likely be Monday 06/18/12. I called this of e 18th and they still hadn't followed through. Of course by this time, I was so frustrated. Medix has no concern was the patient although specifically told them that I was in pain wanted relief. When I and I do say "I" finally scheduled an appointment the MRI CENTER did not have a clue that ther should have orders to pre medicate before using the dye..IODINE. MEDIX put life in danger with a bad reaction.
