Medipets

The staff at Medipets has been a dream. They made ordering my cat's medication a dream after dealing with my nightmare vet office. My cat's meds shipped fast and so far I haven't run into any issues with the couriers or the company.

My dog needs daily medication to live. Medipets is the only company in the Twin Cities that carries the medication since it is a controlled substance. Medipets does not fill a more than 30 day supply and allows a refill a couple days before you run out. Medipets uses Spee-Dee Delivery for delivery. Spee-Dee Delivery lost my order. It was scanned into the warehouse, but is now missing. I was advised to call Medipets to file a claim with Spee-Dee and replace my order. I called Medipets histerical since my dog has been without medicine for the past two days and is getting sick. Medipets told me that the medication might still come since Spee-Dee "does not keep track of their packages." and to give it a couple more days. When I told them that my dog cannot wait, the lady on the phone ordered me to wait untill noon on Friday and then give them a call back at which time they will mix my dog his medication and ship it.
