Does not exsist
I was sick 12/17/08, and called three doctors offices around this area for an appointment, they all directed me to the MEDI CHECK. They even had the phone number, So i called and there was no anwser, I decided to take a drive over ....iIt was a verternarian office. Medi check has not been there since feb 2007.
