McLeod General Surgery Dillon

I had an employee who had restrictions from McLeod Medical Center Dillon Hospital and came out with restrictions and were referred to McLeod General Surgery in Dillon SC and they refused to complete forms for the employee to receive Short Term Disability Claims. The hospital took him out of work with restrictions until he was seen once he was seen he could return to work with no restrictions. It does not make sense where they are not completing forms for employees claim when they have all the documentation to complete. Please dont go here. I recommend other places where they care for the people and understand the economical situations. This employee was out for about 2 weeks with no pay. The staff is rude I believe her name is Jodie and she was very unpolite,unproffessional, and had no manners. She started laughing at the end of the conversation.
