Mattress Warehouse of Hanover - Arundel Mills

I purchased a queen mattress from this store on Aug 15, 2012. Was told mattress was definitiy in stock and would be delivered 8/18. Mattress was not in stock, offered a substitute mattress which I declined and now have been waiting for a refund to my credit card. When I cancelled the order on the 18th, was told the Corp. Office would have to approve the refund althought the Corp. Office did not have to approve my payment. This is a questionable company.
