COMPLETELY agree with the others here about the owner here, the lady is so unfriendly and outright rude. I no longer go there, and I'm one of the friendliest people. Their commercial with that long haired punk is pathetic too,....it absolutely makes me not want to go there....\t\nWell stocked for a little hardware store, ..but prices are high. I'll stick to the ""mega box"" stores...where the customer service, you may have to wait for, but at least the majority of them are not rude.

Everyone was very helpful, especially the female owner behind the counter. I was looking for a specific product, and they were very knowledgable in assuring that I had everything I needed to get the job done. They had most of what I needed, at a very reasonable price. I'll be back for sure!

I went here for hard-to-find furniture hardware. I brought along my autistic son. He was playing with a flashlight and dropped it. \t\nWent to checkout and was about to compliment the woman on the nice store; she told me she was charging me for the flashlight. because he was playing with it. The flashlight wasn't broken. What a mean, mean old biddy she is. \t\nShe made me feel awful and was extremely rude.\t\nThat woman should realize that a child doesn't have to be in a wheelchair to be handicapped. \t\nIf she is indeed the owner as the previous reviewer suggested, shame on her. She shouldn't be around the public, especially kids.\t\nI won't be back despite it being a well stocked store.
