Magnolia Tree Services

We had Magnolia Tree Services come to our house to trim a tree that needed some TLC. They didn't clear branches away from the house as requested and didn't prune the other tree that was included in the quote. After they "pruned" the tree 3/4 of it looked so unhealthy that I called to have Burt come check out the tree. He never showed up nor did he have any answers as to why our tree had all of a sudden shriveled up. Come to find out after we had to hire an expert to come out and look at our tree, the tree was pruned incorrectly and it had stressed the tree to the point of needing "emergency" care thus costing much more money. Our tree is finally recovering after a year with no help from Magnolia Tree Services.
