i took several trousers in for alterations. it took 7 weeks to get them back. the clerk had one excuse after another, and kept telling me to come back every 3-4 days. i suspect they were lost for a while. in addition she had major attitude and was very unpleasant. fed up, i went in to ask for my items back, and she stated they wouldn't be back for another 3-4 days. the owner overheard the conversation and indicated that they were already back. he had picked them up that morning. she tried to blame one of the seamstresses for the delay. she also tried to quote me a higher price than what she had originally documented on my receipt.
