Clinique counter is clueless

I stopped at this Macy's because i wanted to purchase some clinique products. I had done research online and knew for the most part what I wanted. I was specifically asking the lady at the counter about their products for acne ... I wanted the moisturizer for it. And she sold me the wrong one! I wanted the one with the salicylic acid and she had no clue what I was talking about so I purchased the gel one instead. I should kept looking at the products because I was RiGHt - they do sell that moisturizer I wanted according to clinique online. Now I am stuck with the one I didn't want because I used it already. Although I am not sure what return policy is for used products I know one thing for sure: these people behind the counter know nothing about the products! I think I will just buy online next time.

Re: FINE JEWELRY - Janet Kasar - Selling Specialist

My (now) fiance and I were looking for an engagement ring. Our price range was $10,000-12,000. \t\nJaner Kasar was the only employee available on the Fine Jewelry stand. She could only show me solitaire and three stone rings, after I specifically told her that those are the 2 looks that I don't like. She was completely clueless when it came to color and clarity. Her behavior was as if she's never heard of those terms. Moreover, she failed to provide us with the carat of the center stone alone (for the 3 stone rings.) All she knew was total carats (using the machine.) \t\nShe grabbed a 3 stone ring and said that its price is $19,990 ... she started inputting numbers into a calculator and came up with $12,490 within 30-40 seconds. How do you lower a diamond ring's price by more than $6000 in less than a minute?! Something was fishy... we decided do go to NYC and get a ring there. And thank God that we did... I got a 2.5 total carats ring with a GIA certified 1.82 (round center stone) color I, with an excellent cut and polish, no fluoresence and VS2 clarity. \t\nThe end result - I'd never look at Macy's ""Fine Jewelry"" stand again, thanks to this woman...
