The value was great!
The economy was great. For less than what one set of cartridges cost, we were able to get several complete sets and several additional black cartridges.

customer service??
This outfit is a disgrace! They absolutely refuse to send me the correct ink cartridges! They insist on sending me unusable cartridges and swear that if I return those I already have, they'll send me identical replacements-which of course won't work either. Insane is the word.
