I was currently in your Stan Schluter office and the associate at the desk was very unprfessional and rude.I don't know if she was having a bad day or what.She needs to work on her soft skills.I think if i'm coming in to give you my business you would at least show some common courtsey.I don't want to go into details of what happend I just wanted to give my input .Please Please work on your customer service skills because this you have none.
