I would challenge Aaron1996 to make his identity known to me. I have never had a client named "Aaron" I have never given advice as he alleges. I do not cuss at clients or threaten them. I most certainly do not suggest that a client must settle for what the other side demands. I may suggest such a settlement if the facts support that type of settlement and the case is likely to result in a worse decision for my client from the court.
