Lush Cosmetics

SO while I do like some of the products from LUSH, I don't like how everytime I go into the store I get attacked and questioned by every employee. Even when I tell them I don't need help, I still get followed and asked questions. I always get a basket handed to me even when I say I'm just looking. The girls are just overly animated there, its like they were trained to be peppy robots. The store is just so small that the scents compete with each other. I think I'll just stick with ordering online and bear with the high shipping prices or I'll head to the SoHo store

I was in Lush a few days ago to purchase some new shampoo, and i am not sure on what the womens name was that was helping me, but she had curly blonde hair and she was about 5'1 or so and i felt she was pressuring me to buy more products along the way. The way she came off as way very nasty, rude and greedy. I was asking her questions about the new shampoo bar and she was like oh well you really should get the conditioner and i was like well i already have a conditioner i like and she was like well the conditions here are better and gave me a dirty look. I really hope she gets spoken to or fired, because i am always purchasing lush items and not once have i been pressured to buy products even my girlfriends were saying how she was very pushy with there products.

Please do something about this. Horrible service.
