Didn't get what I asked for

I know quite a few people that get their hair done there & are satisfied. I've had my hair done there once before-I was satisfied that time.
This time it was totally different-my hair was not done as I had asked to get it done. No one apoligized, not even management . I kept my cool then, but when I got home it really hit me-I had to cry, I have to start over -never again.
