Stay away from this dealership. They will screw you.

The sales team and I agreed on a deal to match an offer I received from the Houston area. A few hours before I was supposed to pick up my new car they tried to raise the price by over $1,000.00 dollars. When I called them on it, they pulled the deal and told me if I could get that deal somewhere to go ahead and do it. I was stranded in Lufkin with no car and no deal. As I was leaving the dealership, the saleslady I was working with remarked that they already had my car sold to someone else. You do the math on that. I had all the documentation and copies of our correspondence and none of them cared at all.

I hitched a ride to my home, 60 miles away, made the trip to Houston and got the exact deal Loving told me wasn’t possible.

Do yourself a favor and do a little research and take the time to look in Tyler, Madisonville, or the Houston area. I can guarantee you will have a better experience than at Loving Toyota.
