This office is excellent, always helpful and they have a great selection of all kinds of frames to choose from. Pricing is very reasonable too!

I have been seeing Dr. Loveland all the way back to her WalMart days... stayed with her because she is that good !! Her staff has gotten progressively worse. Are these people her family that she is obliged to employ?? When you call they hurry you through the phone call...called recently to make an appointment for what I thought to be an eye infection, I started to explain what was wrong and the gentleman cuts me off and says.. "give me a very brief description of the problem" ... so sorry to take up your time, isn't it your job to find out what my symptoms are???
When you approach them at the reception desk they are visibly bothered and will avoid eye contact with you, no smiling, no small talk, no customer service skills at all.
Dr. Loveland will then take you to her exam room, will chat it up if you wish, she is very kind and very thorough... unfortunately she sets you loose on her evil staff at the end of your visit and you are left wondering why she hasn't replaced these miserable people with anyone else !!

Dr Loveland is wonderful and thorough and NICE.. her staff is horrible!! I was there recently picking up lenses and the while there was an issue with my card, she says VERY loudly ' Your card was DECLINED. I can't tell you the reason but it was declined. Yes declined." She said it 3 times THEN tried it again and said it AGAIN. I was mortified. If I didn't need those lenses I would of left.
