After spending thousands of dollars on a new motorcycle, clothing and accessories, Love Motorsport's service department has decided that this dealership has enough business that they can afford to screw their long time customers. After paying a $60 fee for what should have been a warranty issue, the repair did not last 3 miles. Took the bike back in again for the same problem and was told that because of not having factory exhaust, the warranty was void. Keep in mind that this same dealership was the one who installed the aftermarket exhaust and nothing was mentioned about the factory warranty being voided. To further the issue, I was sold an extended warranty on top of the bike purchase which they now say is void. NOTHING was ever said at the time of purchase about the adding of aftermarket parts of which almost every motorcyclist adds and also that this dealership sells!
So I am out a warranty issue which they would fix for $450 in parts, 2 hours labor charge and no war
