I stopped in Hanks shop to ask him if he could put a EXTRA LONG BAND on my Swiss Legend Watch the day before, never been to his place of business.Hanks a great guy first off...very friendly, anyway...he said YES, and then showed me some in his glass case to hold up to my large wrists. My god...there going to FIT.... FINALLY!
I've had the Watch since October & haven't been able to wear it (gift).
SO I ASKED HANK...HOW MUCH??.....🆘 HE SAID JUST THE PRICE OF THE BAND & Ill PUT IT ON FOR YA FOR NOTHING!!! I SAID...Ill BE BACK TOMORROW!!! ( didn't have the watch on me)
So this morning I arrived with WATCH, Hank help me pick the band for the watch, he had to cut the rubber a bit to make it fit, no problem & great job!
MY ISSUE IS WHEN HE RANG ME UP🆘🆘🆘
NOW HE SAYS LIKE 20 SOMETHING FOR THE BAND FOR WHICH I OWE, BUT NOW HE STARTS HITTING SOMEMORE KEYS & MUMBLING SOMETHING LABOR?? AND THE TOTAL IS $66.00 WHAT ??????
ARE YOU KIDDING ME.....He told me yesterday FREE!!!!!!! NADA!!!! ZERO!!!!!
I didn't say nothing, I'm disabled & on a fixed income and don't have surplus moneys to throw away, that's why I THOUGHT WE HAD A DEAL THE DAY BEFORE IN REGARD TO THE TERMS!
I'm just saying, nice guy, good work, BUT GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING BEFORE YOU GET SCREWED LIKE I DID.
