Loris Water & Sewer

Those women need to learn the etiquette of customer service. I am normally an even tempered person but their nasty remarks and inuendos bring my temper to a boil, and they have no empathy towards anyone or anything, if there were another company I could use believe I would change in a second. No stars here

I can not believe how rude the women are that work for the water company in Loris. Once a month I have the delight of being icnored while listening to their personal phone call, only to be greeted with "what?". When I call to pay my bill I'm left on hold for an hour. Then to be told the credit card reader is broken AGAIN, but my bank clearly shows the money has been taken. Who is in charge up their, and how do these women still have a job?
