Lorena is very personable, easy to talk to, and fabulous with thick, difficult hair! I love it. My hair is a bit of a mess. It's very long and very thick as well as being curly. She doesn't mess around and cuts it so you can style it easily. When she cuts my hair it becomes twenty times more manageable. I highly recommend her.
