11/24/2010 I had been taking my dog to Dave at Lone Mountain Pet Grooming for over a year. I had one experience when he was shaved too close and had razor burn all over his belly. I called Dave & he did the right thing and apologized & comp'd me his next grooming. Just yesterday I took him in to get pretty before Thanksgiving and he looked beautiful. I dropped my dog off at home & went back to work. When I got home there was blood all over my tile & carpet...and his bed was covered in blood. After careful inspection of my dog, I found the problem. His nails were cut so short they were bleeding. I called Dave this morning to discuss this & to ask why he didn't tell me about anything when I picked up my dog. He got upset and told me he would just cancel my next appointment and to find another groomer. Well, with that being said, I now know I was not a valued customer and that he really didn't care about my dog.
