All I can say is great customer service. I can see why they are always full. The management and team there are very knowledgeable of the whole business including the rental of U-Haul equipment. I rented a unit there for over 5 years and never had any problems. Always greeted with a smile when I went to Office to pay . Once I had a problem with the door not opening , the employee was right on it... Even called the door people had me fixed up with in a day. I would totally recommend this location. I understand that they have several other locations in the area that are also full.. GOOD JOB GUYS! KEEP SMILING!!

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! Poor customer service full of excuses. They do not believe the customer is always right and three separate times I have had a run in with management in a year and all three times they claimed it was never their fault. They do not hold up their end of the contract. If you are late they charge a late fee, ok completely understandable. But they do not feel required to immediately unlock the unit when you have paid. They will wait days, giving the excuse they have 700 units and can't keep up with them all thus NOT withholding their end of the contract. Twice I have went to my paid unit and was not able to access it on a weekend when no one was in the office to help me. This year they had a huge theft of dozens of units, of course stating not their fault. This is in a unsavory part of town and the customer service is very poor and your belongings are NOT safe there.
