Lauder's Energy Solutions was the only company that cared enough to correct ongoing problems with my relatively new oil heating system. After Buckley Heating repeatedly kept telling me that the black soot building up in my house was being caused from burning candles, (by the way, causing a $40,000 insurance claim), it was Mr. Lauder that took the time to contact the manufacturers, diagnose that the installation was incorrect, established that Buckley had been using wrong parts and leaving off parts, and corrected the problem. He is a God-send.
