Spoke to the owner multiple times on the phone. Larry lead me on for 3 weeks and never came through with the sod delivery. Finally after he directly lied to me, I borrowed a trailer and picked up the sod... from another company of coarse. Horrible business ethics. Absolutely painful to deal with. Shoulda fired them 2 weeks earlier.

This company was very helpful to me. They answered every question and they did exactly what they said they were going to do. I spoke to other sod companies in Louisville and none compared to LS Group's customer service. Many do not even anwer their phones. Contact them if you want your yard to look good!
