If they provided minus stars, these guys would get them! This is the worst clinic I have ever been to. The PAC's and ARNPS (they have very few MD's, and forget trying to see one), are so unprofessional and uneducated, I am surprised they are allowed to stay in business with the negative feedback they receive. Wish I had seen this site BEFORE I went. The worst bed side manner, and billing department I have dealt with, and the people who greet you are obviously there just to collect that all mighty dollar, the only thing that this clinic seems to cater to. A MESS! Stay away if you can! I know some people are forced to go there because they are one of the only places to accepts DSHS. What do they say about the poor, that they get the short end of the stick! True at this clinic.

My handicapped daughter and I are stuck going to this horrid clinic because they are the only ones that accept Medicaid, or taking new patients. I have had nothing but negative with these people. The front desk to the doctors are rude and have NO compassion for their patients. STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN...

Unfortunately my handicapped daughter and I are stuck going to this clinic. It's the only one I can find that takes Medicaid, but then I believe this clinic would accept bubble gum insurance if they paid, it's all about the money, and none about the care! Stay away if you can. Word of mouth by friends stuck going here are the same. Horrid clinic!
