Jackson Hewitt Tax Service

I filled electronically with this businees via at a wal mart sight on 4-18-2011, since then I have not been able to contact them by way of the 3 different numbers they have in my packet. I call them and leave messages at least 2-3 times durning what i thought was normal business hours for the last 2 weeks. I still have not heard back, I even e mailed them, still nothing. Wrote them a check and they 3 weeks later cashed it. I looked the site up and they are closed 6out of the 7 days of the week and the one day they are open is only for 4 hrs. I have been trying to track my refund on the IRS site and they have nothing log for me. it stated that if you electronically file it takes 72 hrs before the site will register it well nothinggggg do not use this company .
