Isley's Home Service, Inc.

Isley's Home Service was doing a general check up on the A/C and heating system and were prompt, clean, on time, very knowledgeable, and gave good advice that wasn't self-serving and was necessary for me.

Isley's Home Service was the least expensive and the most responsive in terms of their solutions to my home project. The proposal stage was outstanding for transparency and clarity. The project was a difficult one but it wasn't Isley's fault, it's just the way my condo was built. The AC system was reaching the end of it's serviceable lifetime and my condo had been designed with smaller supply and return ducts than it really needed.

That's where the difficulty came in. Isley's had to build a new return duct and it was a messy exercise with design and construction issues. It was necessary though and I appreciate them working with me in trying to remedy a defect that the previous owners lived with for a long time. I put in new equipment which is much more efficient than the old stuff that came out so I expect the savings are going to be real. Right now I'll just wait and see.

Isley's Home Service, Inc. moved a gas pipe from an interior wall to the outside. I called them on a recommendation from a neighbor who had used them and was very happy with the experience.

The guys were personable and on time. They kept in touch about the schedule, and they called when they were on their way. It was an overall good experience!
