Invisible Fence of Cincinnati

Each and every time we deal with Invisible Fence, it is a nightmare. The receptionists are always rude, and they think their time is much more important than theirs. They always act like you are bothering them. The techs never show up on time, and when they do, they charge you $90 just to show up. THe company is inflexible and once they have you, they know it and could care less about customer service. We've been disappointed with this company since day one and wish we had never used them! Stay clear!!!!!

I had been a customer of Invisible Fence when I owned my house in Centerville, Ohio. When I moved to Mason, Ohio, I contacted the Invisible Fence office located in Cincinnati. The office and sales people at the Cincinnati office were not at all what I was used to as far as good and friendly customer service. The office manager, Joyce, even went so far as to leave me a voicemail in the middle of the work day saying if I did not call her back by 4:00 that day, she was going to cancel my install which was scheduled for the next day. Luckily, I got out of the meeting at ten till 4, and called her back. That evening, after talking it over with my significant other, we decided to cancel the Invisible Fence install and put in a whole new system with Dog Watch of Greater Cincinnati. We know that we have an excellent product, good customer service, and peace of mind that the Dog Watch office in Cincinnati will be there for us if we encounter any issues. We are are very happy with DogWatch

I would strongly suggest using a different company. We were very unhappy with Invisible Fence. This issues with them got to be so bad, that we ended up taking them to court. The owner of the company made false statements in court and so we had to file another complaint with the court. Don't take my word for it. Protect yourself and go to the Clerk of Courts web site and see how many times other people have also sued Invisible Fence. If I could go back in time, I would definitely choose a different fence company.
