Intimate Wholesalers

As with the other reviews on the site, I too placed an order with IntimateWholesalers.com. It has since been 11 days and after 3 contact attempts (2 emails and 1 phone call) I still have had no contact with the company as to whether my order is back ordered, shipped, etc. I will be issuing a PayPal claim tomorrow if I do not hear from them.

I suggest using another site for your intimate apparel needs.

Only rated as 1 because there isn't a ZERO rating. Made a online purchase and was happy with service. 2nd order, credit card was charged 2nd day, but after a WEEK hadn't heard ANYTHING. When contacted was informed it was BackOrdered and wouldn't be available for 2 weeks ... but credit card didn't get credited for 7 days after that!!!! VERY POOR customer service ... take the $$$ for an order quickly ... but don't want to issue credit for THEIR failure so quick!! Recommend NOT using these company!
