I had previously been going to ""The Bra Specialist"" but they went out of business so I tried to try Intimacy since I had heard about them on the radio. I am very hard to fit so I have to shop at a specialty store. I went here expecting first class service. My service was amazing until about 30 minutes into my fitting. I was very straight forward with my sales consultant, Najoua, about what I wanted. She helped me try on lots of bras but then I guess she got busy. She left me in the dressing room waiting on two separate occasions for 15-20 minutes each time. When I told her I had finally picked a bra I just needed two of them in nude, she told me that I had to choose white or orange! I told her that wouldn't work for me to which she replied, ""well, you didn't like the nude ones so those are your choices""! Seriously?!?! I was ready to spend $400 that day! She just lost a fat commission. I went online and found a site where I can get the bras cheaper. Unfortunately for Intimacy they lost a customer that day.

I was very upset to find out that all the advertising was a big lie, especially hearing it from the Rula and Ryan show!!!!! I spent almost $700 after purchasing a sports bra, 2 bras, 2 underwear, and washing powder which is just sitting in my laundry room and only used 2 times. Rula said your posture would improve and fitting is great. Sorry, but my back still hurts and the underwire that they say is suppose to be close to your chest is very uncomfortable! I usually wear a DD at VS and they sized me to be an E. Do not purchase anything from this store! It will be a waste of your time and money!
