I would give zero stars if it would let me. The messed everything up. waited until the last minute and couldn't get it together. I spend the last 3 months after closing straightening out details they missed. They set up the wrong insurance company, and only factored in half our yearly taxes into escrow. We purchased 4 lots and the HUD at closing had only 3 lots listed some places, to lots listed other places. We were in closing for almost 5 hours going thru and making corrections. Very unprofessional office people laughing and flirting and obviously not doing their work.
