Dirt Busters

I've been doing my laundry here for years and couldn't be happier. Whether I'm dropping off or doing it myself, the staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful. The long-time owner, Rimma, is a sweetheart, and is friendly with everyone in the neighborhood. The prices are fair, and the service is fast. I've had some same-day emergencies before and they've never let me down. I've also seen her rescue a customer who accidentally dyed some whites. She's amazing! Come here to do your laundry, you won't regret it.

Would give them less than one star if that were an option. The owner is arrogant and abusive when challenged. As long as she gets paid, she is very sweet and will continue to be, so that she can rope you in to coming back. Problems do not get addressed and corrected. Many times the clothes are a wrinkled, shrunken mess. Wool coats get washed and it is never their fault. Because the owner has no defense and does not want to take responsibility, she makes up strange laws. After changing to another laundry service, I discovered that even thought the per pound price is higher at the new place, it costs 2/3 of what Dirt Busters was charging me. This leads me to believe that their weighing should not be trusted either. After posting a negative review, you receive an email from the owner telling you that what you have written is untrue and asking who you are. She doesn't even remember ruining your clothes because it happens so often with so many people. If for some reason you must use them, do not send anything high end or that you are attached to, because there is no certainty that this will be one of the times they are neglectful.

As i became very busy with my job i decided to try Dirt Busters wash dry fold service.

What a pleasant experience! 5 minutes to drop off my clothing and 5 minutes to pick up. Clothes came back nicely folded.

I no longer have to spend time doing my own laundry. I wish i would have tried their service years ago.
