I Love Shoes

The owner of the store was extremely rude. She did not want to take a dress off the manican for me to try on she said it was too difficult to get on and off. Then when I was in the dressing room she opened the curtain without warning and exposed me to store in my underwear. This was a total invasion of privacy and embarassing. Then she made insulting comments about my weight. After I left the store I called her to tell her I didn't appreciate the inappropriate comments and rude treatment. She hung up on me. I have reported her to the Better Business Bureau. The quality of the store's products is subpar at best but the service is cheap and trashy. As a rating this store is a minus 10.
