HOURS: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday Kid: 6:30pm-7:15pm Teens: 7:30pm-8:30pm Adults: 7:30pm-8:30pm Wednesdays are open gym from 6 till 8pm for anyone who just needs a gym to workout in. Special arrangements can be made on other days for open mat time.

Hwarang Mastery Martial Arts (formerly Mid-Atlantic Martial Arts) is Located in Downtown Rocky Mount, Virginia across from the Farmers Market. We teach Students of all ages and skill levels Hwarang Mastery Tang Soo Do, a Traditional Korean style of martial arts, under the guidance of Grand Master Ray Shackleford, out of Chesapeake, Virginia.

We are dedicated to helping you achieve your personal goals and provide students with knowledge, confidence, self control and the ultimate in self protection.
