I have no doubts that Allstate is a good company. I am insured by a different Allstate agency for personal needs, however my experiences with Ashraf Hussain for business insurance have been sub-par. We were well taken care of when we submitted a claim for a flooding issue, however I do not know what role the agent played in that (if any) because I dealt with another individual during that period. When I have dealt with Ashraf, I came away feeling frustrated and irritated. Rarely does anyone answer the phone, and the one time he did answer, it was an abrupt "HOLD ON" greeting and then a long waiting period...so long you have no choice but to hang up and try again. If you leave a message, you may or not ever get a return phone call. We are now in the process of trying to secure our independence from this agency, and it hasn't been an easy task. While I would certainly use Allstate again in the future, I will not ever use this particular agency again.
