Hughes Johnson Chrysler Dodge Jeep

all i wanted was to get my H2 back, we were told that , that was impossible. we now have negative equity in this truck, that is not worth $18,000 . no one will even talk to us about trading this pickup. seems to me hughes-johnson could do something to help. the whole deal seemed shady. HELP please.

It seems there was a gross misunderstanding between the 79yr old service rep and myself. For example, he said the spark plugs were $8 when they were really only $3.55 etc. actually cheaper than the aforementioned competition. He also added an additional charge (about $60) to the price of what I was asking him about. Anyway, he seems like a good ol' fella, but maybe just needs to retire. The other staff members were very understanding of my initial dissatisfaction and made things right. I will give thm another shot in the future. Also, this was a good lesson for me on patience, understanding and humility. :o)

This company's service department is a big rip off. I had 2 cars of the same make and model with the same scheduled maintenance performed at 2 different dealerships and Hughes-Johnson charged me a lot more than the other dealer. Shop around before going here.
